13 miles – 2,525 elevation gain

This is an out & back run from the Kanan Backbone trail head.
Following the backbone trail East (the trail starts on your left when facing the Backbone Sign, not behind the bathrooms).
We will then turn around at about 6.4 miles in at the Castro Motorway (top of Corral Canyon rd) parking lot.
Everyone is free to make the run longer or shorter, go out by time or by distance and then turn around.
No water or bathrooms so bring enough water as the way back can get hot.
