Because of COVID – 19 restrictions still in place, we use individual staggered start times to assure proper distancing and avoiding group gatherings on the trailheads. Please wear a face covering at the trail head and on trail when passing other trail users.
We ask that everyone is respecting the safety guidelines.

Members should have an email in their mailbox weekly by the end of Friday night with details for the following Sunday run that will include a link to the course mapped out on Strava and a link to an online sign up sheet with the individual start times.

Currently we have runs scheduled week by week until these unprecedented times are over, then we’ll have a full schedule again weeks or months in advance, just like the old times.
